Snowdonia Holidays consists of Gwern Borter Manor offering 4 star B+B and 8 self catering cottages, in a perfect mountain setting close to the sea. It stands in 9 acres of grounds and gardens, pond with ducks and geese, pets corner, cycle hire, gym and sauna set in a quiet rural location yet only 3 miles from Conwy. All Manor House B+B rooms furnished in a delightful period style. Freeview Sky TV, DVD, free DVD library, teacoffee, hot chocolate, hair dryer, WIFI in the lounge. All our rooms have delightful views. In order to provide an ambience of quiet and relaxation we do not cater for children under 6 years. An arrival time would be appreciated and sorry we do not have facilities for arrivals after 11pm. The cottages listed as apartments are stone built self catering, self serviced holidays cottages. Children are more than welcome in our self catering cottages, which are also pet friendly by arrangement.

From Conwy take the B5106 for 3 miles turn right at the GROES pub to Rowen exactly 12 mile turn right by the bus stop ,keep left by the post box we are on the left. Your looking for Gwern Borter Manor. If you are coming from Betwy Coed then come up the B5106 until you come to the GROES and turn left to Rowen same directions from then on. We are easy to find if you follow these instructions we are just 34 mile from the main road
